Founder Associate

About the Role

Join the founding team of an early-stage AI recruiting startup as a hands-on operator working across product, growth, operations, and partnerships. You will take on high-impact projects that improve the candidate experience and help connect talent with startup opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Drive founder-priority projects from initial research and planning through execution.

• Improve candidate experience, funnel conversion, and matching outcomes.

• Build scalable operational processes and systems to support growth.

• Support go-to-market work by refining messaging, running experiments, and developing partnerships.

• Turn feedback from candidates and hiring teams into actionable product priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.

• Ability to work independently across operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects.

• A strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguous problems.

• Interest in AI-enabled recruiting and early-stage startups.

• Willingness to work in person alongside the founding team in San Francisco.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
