About the Role
Build and lead field marketing for a growing B2B talent technology company. You will create in-person programs that connect hiring leaders and recruiting professionals with the business, and turn those relationships into qualified pipeline.
What You'll Do
Own field marketing strategy and execution, including executive dinners, sponsored events, hosted experiences, and industry conferences.
Scale an existing dinner program, initially focused on San Francisco and New York.
Source high-value attendees through professional networks, customer referrals, and other channels.
Work closely with Sales to align on target accounts, guest lists, event plans, and follow-up.
Build an annual calendar of conferences, trade shows, and relevant industry events.
Manage vendors, event logistics, budgets, and coordination across stakeholders.
Develop post-event follow-up and reporting workflows, including pipeline attribution and return-on-investment analysis.
Shape the long-term field marketing function, with potential to build and lead a team.
What We're Looking For
Three to five or more years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B technology company.
Hands-on experience building and running in-person programs, such as executive dinners, conferences, and targeted events.
A track record of generating high-value pipeline and measuring event success through pipeline or revenue metrics.
Experience managing event budgets, vendors, and multiple programs in a high-growth startup environment.
Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with Sales on account targeting and follow-up.
Experience with account-based marketing is a plus. Background in talent technology, recruiting, marketplaces, or AI is also a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York, and willing to travel for events.
