Founding Field Marketing Manager

About the Role

Build and own field marketing for a fast-growing B2B talent and recruiting technology company. You will create in-person programs that bring hiring leaders and talent professionals together, then partner with Sales to turn those connections into qualified pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Lead field marketing strategy and execution, including executive dinners, sponsored events, company-hosted experiences, and industry conferences.

• Scale an existing dinner program, initially focused on San Francisco and New York.

• Source and engage high-value attendees through professional networks, sales tools, customer referrals, and other channels.

• Coordinate with Sales on target accounts, event plans, guest lists, and timely follow-up.

• Build an annual events calendar and identify conferences and industry moments that support business goals.

• Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

• Own post-event communications, lead workflows, pipeline attribution, reporting, and return-on-investment analysis.

• Develop the long-term field marketing strategy, with the opportunity to build and lead a team.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 to 5 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B technology company.

• A track record of driving qualified pipeline through in-person programs, with hands-on event execution experience.

• Experience filling events with senior, relevant attendees and partnering with Sales to convert engagement into business opportunities.

• Experience reporting field marketing metrics and pipeline attribution, managing budgets, and coordinating vendors.

• Experience in a high-growth startup; ABM, marketplace, HR technology, or AI experience is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for events and work on-site five days per week in San Francisco or New York. A degree from a top-20 university is also requested.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $175,000 to $190,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
