About the Role
Join an early-stage industrial AI team building wearable AI tools for field technicians working with critical infrastructure. You will own the product layer around the AI core, connecting wearable devices, backend services, and companion apps into a reliable experience customers can use independently.
What You'll Do
Build the end-to-end product experience across smart glasses, backend services, and companion applications.
Develop and optimize low-latency video and streaming pipelines connecting wearable devices to AI services.
Own reliable, observable backend APIs and data systems that support devices and AI services.
Build mobile and desktop clients for setup, monitoring, and workflow configuration.
Create deployment and release processes for safely delivering updates to devices in the field.
Shape product architecture and engineering practices as the team grows.
Debug and unblock work across frontend, backend, and device integrations.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of full-stack engineering experience, with the ability to make thoughtful architectural decisions.
Experience with TypeScript, Python, React, React Native, Node.js, AWS or GCP, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
Familiarity with real-time streaming and WebRTC, or experience building video-heavy and low-latency systems.
Comfort working across product clients, backend services, and device integrations.
Industrial technology or infrastructure experience is helpful.
