The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build growth programs and operating systems as an early generalist, taking projects from idea through execution and follow-through.

What you'll do

- Own events, dinners, and conferences, including logistics and follow-up.

- Run growth experiments across new channels and scale effective programs.

- Help plan and execute launches.

- Support customer onboarding and early customer experience.

- Build repeatable operational processes and work with sales and growth colleagues.

What we're looking for

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a startup or fast-moving organization.

- Ownership of events, launches, or customer-facing programs.

- Experience building operating processes without an existing playbook.

- Ability to independently drive a project and measure its results.

- Resourcefulness and comfort with intensive onsite startup work.

Bonus points

- Growth, marketing, or customer success experience.

- Founder or early-team experience.

- Base salary: USD 120,000 to 160,000 per year.

Location and work model

- Six days per week onsite near Union Square in San Francisco, including half-day Saturdays. This is an intensive schedule with workdays of 12 or more hours and an explicit half-day Saturday exception.
