Founding GTM Engineer

Real, proprietary data is what frontier AI labs need next. This company supplies it. They went from $0 to a multi-eight-figure run rate in months, they're VC-backed, and the team is 14 people.

They're adding about 6 new sales reps and need their first GTM engineer to build the machine behind them. You'll own the automation, CRM, and data infrastructure so AEs and SDRs spend their time selling, not doing admin work.

What you'll build:

• Outbound infrastructure: email warm-ups, campaigns, and multi-channel sequences that run at volume

• CRM integrations, enrichment pipelines, and data quality systems

• Live dashboards for SQL volume, conversion, and pipeline health

• Experiments on new tools, measured honestly, keeping what works and cutting what doesn't

You have:

• 1–5 years in GTM engineering, RevOps, or growth engineering

• Built enrichment pipelines and outbound infrastructure for a sales team yourself

• Daily use of Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to ship automations

• Python and SQL

• A stable work history, meaning no pattern of multiple roles under 1 year (contract roles excluded)

• No "Open to Work" banner on your LinkedIn profile

Bonus: Series A/B startup experience, and production work with LLM APIs (prompt design, eval loops).

This is a founding role with real ownership and direct access to leadership.
