About the Role
Join an early-stage AI and quantitative research team building software for financial markets. You will own projects from initial idea through production, working closely with engineering, quantitative, and AI research colleagues.
What You'll Do
Take ideas from exploration to implementation and production across the trading technology stack.
Build and extend data pipelines, trading signals, research infrastructure, and automated execution systems.
Create tools that help the team move quickly from research ideas to live experiments.
Collaborate with quantitative and AI researchers on approaches to market prediction.
Contribute across areas such as trading infrastructure, high-frequency trading, security, and machine learning.
What We're Looking For
One to five years of full-time experience in software engineering or quantitative development.
A degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related field.
Strong software engineering skills in Python or C++ and a track record of owning a project from ideation through production.
Experience in quantitative development, trading systems, data infrastructure, systematic research, high-frequency trading, crypto, or fintech.
Strong statistical intuition, comfort with noisy real-world data, and experience using AI-driven development tools.
Quantitative trading internship experience is valuable.
