We are not an Amazon seller. We are not an agency.

We build, scale and selectively exit marketplace-native consumer brands through a structured brand portfolio model—not just one brand, but a portfolio of brands.

Starting in Europe, we build, launch and scale marketplace-native consumer brands before expanding internationally.

BrandNoir is headquartered in Luxembourg and currently preparing its seed financing while assembling an exceptional founding team.

## The Opportunity

We are looking for two exceptional founding partners who want to build a company—not simply join one.

You will become one of two founding partners helping to build BrandNoir from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to create long-term value through equity ownership while shaping products, brands, strategy, company culture and international growth.

This role is for builders, operators and entrepreneurs who want to create something meaningful and lasting.

## Your Mission

Depending on your background and strengths, you will lead either Brand & Product or Marketplace Growth, working alongside the Founder to build BrandNoir’s brand portfolio.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Identifying high-potential product categories
• Building consumer brands from scratch
• Developing product and brand strategies
• Launching and scaling brands across Amazon and major European marketplaces
• Working closely with sourcing, logistics and operations
• Building scalable systems and repeatable launch processes
• Driving sustainable, profitable growth
• Contributing to fundraising and strategic decisions as a founding partner

## Who You Are

• Has experience with Amazon, e-commerce or marketplace businesses
• Makes data-driven decisions
• Enjoys building rather than maintaining
• Is comfortable working in an early-stage environment
• Speaks fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)

## Location

Luxembourg, Luxembourg

This is an on-site founding role.

Relocation to Luxembourg is required.

We actively support relocation, including flights, temporary accommodation, relocation assistance and, where appropriate, moving expenses.

## Compensation

This is a founding partner opportunity.

Founding equity is a core part of this opportunity. Following successful funding, a competitive compensation package will be introduced alongside your equity participation.
