Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject with a recognized teaching qualification. Valid teaching license/certification from home country or internationally recognized authority. Minimum 2 years of successful teaching experience in Primary/Elementary education. Experience teaching within an American Curriculum school environment. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Strong understanding of assessment for learning and differentiated instruction. Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Education or related field. Previous international school experience. Experience in a school start-up or founding team environment. Familiarity with international accreditation standards. Experience integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
