Founding Product Designer

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure company as its first product design hire. You will shape the experience and design language for a technical B2B platform, while also contributing production frontend code.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for the AI agent interface, platform workflows, and product brand.

• Design and implement production frontend experiences in React and TypeScript, with minimal handoffs.

• Establish reusable design language, UX patterns, and component foundations for the product and future team.

• Work closely with company leadership to shape a dense technical platform with an AI agent layer.

What We're Looking For

• One to five years of product design experience, including work at an early-stage startup or fast-paced growth company.

• Experience designing and shipping a dense B2B SaaS web application end to end, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or integration software.

• Strong product design craft and technical fluency, with the ability to contribute to frontend code using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• A portfolio demonstrating polished product work, detailed interactions, modern AI-native interfaces, and component libraries.

• Current Figma fluency and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment; a self-driven project with real users is a plus.

• A degree in design, HCI/UX, computer science, or business, or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
