Founding Product Manager

About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team building software for waste and field service operators. You will own a product area end to end, working directly with customers and using AI tools to prototype and ship practical solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own a product area, from customer discovery through launch, across sales and marketing tools or financial products.

• Speak directly with waste haulers and other operators to understand their workflows, challenges, and needs.

• Build functional prototypes with AI tools and take product work as far as possible before engineering support is needed.

• Set product direction for your area while making pragmatic day-to-day scope tradeoffs.

• Develop expertise in waste hauling workflows and ship quickly based on customer feedback.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at early-stage startups and in a founding or early product role.

• Experience shipping B2B SaaS products for SMB operators and launching AI-powered product features.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, GPT, or Replit Agent to prototype and build product functionality.

• Strong customer discovery skills, sound product judgment, and experience making scope tradeoffs.

• Background in engineering or a transition from engineering into product is valuable.

• Experience in logistics, field services, vertical SaaS, CRM, billing, dispatch, or routing software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, United States, four days per week.
