Founding Software Engineer

About the Role

Join the founding engineering team of an early-stage enterprise AI company tackling one of the most complex and high-impact problems in supply chain finance: recovering margin lost to unenforced supplier contracts. You will work closely with company leadership to shape both the product and technical direction from day one, building systems that deliver real bottom-line savings for large enterprises.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features end-to-end as a core member of the founding team.

• Solve hard data problems at scale, continuously verifying what enterprises have negotiated versus what they have paid across massive volumes of messy, fragmented data.

• Make strategic product and technical decisions that shape the company's direction from the ground up.

• Work directly with enterprise customers in sectors such as CPG, retail, and healthcare to understand their problems and deliver solutions.

• Contribute to AI and LLM systems that drive millions in savings for large organizations.

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 8 years of full-stack, front-end, or back-end product engineering experience, with real shipped products.

• At least 12 months of full-time experience at a well-regarded tech company or a VC-backed startup.

• Proficiency across the stack, with comfort in Python, TypeScript, and React.

• Experience with modern LLM systems, evals, or AI/ML frameworks is a strong plus.

• Prior founding engineer or early startup experience is a plus.

• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where you define as much as you build.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $225,000 USD annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
