About the Role
This is a founding engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI company building software that enforces supplier contract terms across complex supply chains, helping large organizations recover millions in spend leakage. You will join a small founding team, work directly with F500 customers, and have real influence over the product and technical direction from day one.
What You'll Do
Build and ship full-stack product features end-to-end as a core member of the founding engineering team.
Solve hard data problems at scale, including continuously verifying what enterprises have negotiated versus what they have paid across massive volumes of messy, fragmented data.
Make strategic product and technical decisions that shape the company's direction from the ground up.
Work directly with enterprise customers in sectors such as CPG, retail, and healthcare to understand their problems and deliver solutions.
Contribute to AI and LLM systems that drive significant cost savings for large organizations.
What We're Looking For
0 to 8 years of full-stack application development experience shipping real products end to end.
Proven track record at a well-regarded tech company or VC-backed startup, with at least 12 months of full-time product engineering experience.
Comfort working across the stack using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, and React.
Experience with modern LLM systems, evaluation frameworks, or AI/ML pipelines is a strong plus.
Prior founding engineer or startup experience is a plus, but not required.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building foundational systems in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $200,000 to $225,000 USD annually.
Equity: Founding team equity included.
Visa sponsorship: Available.
