Founding Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an early engineering team building enterprise AI systems that help organizations manage supplier agreements and spending. You will ship product end to end, solve complex data challenges, and help shape technical and product decisions from the start.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features as a core member of the founding engineering team.

• Develop systems that compare negotiated supplier terms with payments across large volumes of complex, inconsistent data.

• Make product and technical decisions that influence the direction of the platform.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Contribute to AI and LLM systems that help organizations identify savings and improve spend management.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 2 to 8 years of software engineering experience, with a background in backend or full-stack product engineering.

• Experience shipping real products end to end, including in a B2B product environment.

• Familiarity with modern LLM systems, evaluation methods, or related frameworks.

• Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, or comparable technologies is relevant.

• Strong engineering judgment and interest in working through complex data and customer problems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $200,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
