As the Founding Technical Recruiter, you will help build the core engineering, product, and design teams that are transforming the global hiring industry.

💰 Salary Range: $175,000 – $210,000 / year + Competitive Equity Package

🌍 Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

💼 Job Type: Full-Time / In-Person preferred (Open to Hybrid for strong candidates)

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top 1% engineering, product, and design talent.
• Talent Strategy & Architecture: Partner directly with founders and engineering leaders to establish hiring bars, define interview scorecards, and elevate employer branding.
• Recruiting Operations & Tooling: Optimize talent coordination workflows, leverage Paraform's AI platform, and establish repeatable sourcing playbooks.
• People Ops Support: Have the opportunity to oversee interim HR and People Operations initiatives as the team scales rapidly.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) organizations, ideally in-house at a high-growth startup.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to speak credibly about modern tech stacks, system design architectures, and engineering cultures.
• Sourcing Depth: Proven track record of proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing non-obvious, highly competitive engineering talent.
• Builder Mindset: High agency, comfortable operating without a playbook, and passionate about creating scalable hiring frameworks from scratch.
