- Handle customer inquiries in French (and occasionally in English)
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Native or fluent in French
- Good level of English (B1+ or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- EU passport or eligibility to work in Portugal
