French & English-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Location: On-site – Porto, Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging in French and English.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, booking conditions, and rental procedures.
• Support clients before, during, and after their rental experience.
• Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle post-rental inquiries, including invoices and damage-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely, effective solutions.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in French and English.
• At least 1 year of contact centre or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
  
  
  

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
• Weekends off.
• On-site position in Porto, Portugal.

• Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.
• Relocation support, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
