French Speaking Customer Care Agent

We are searching for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and fluent in French to assist our French-speaking clientele. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and providing solutions. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Stay informed about products and services to give well-informed advice and support. Work closely with team members to enhance customer service practices and outcomes. Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve customer service skills. Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain satisfaction. Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
