French Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in French and have a passion for the e-commerce industry. In this position, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for our French-speaking customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide exemplary customer support to French-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and payment options. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle. Stay current with product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to continually improve customer service and experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce roles is advantageous. Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and understanding of online shopping environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
