Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to French-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues concerning account management, streaming quality, and content accessibility. Offer guidance on the platform’s features to help users make the most of their streaming experience. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Team up with other departments to relay user feedback and suggest actionable improvements to the service. Stay informed on platform updates and trends in the streaming industry to offer informed support. Conduct follow-up communications with users to ensure their concerns are completely resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred. Understanding of streaming technologies and user engagement principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with CRM platforms or support ticketing systems is a plus. Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
