Front Desk Receptionist

Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist - 5* Hotel

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary (EUR): inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A prominent, 5 Star hotel in Malta, Europe offering high-end Mediterranean-style hospitality to it’s guests.

Job Description:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally; deliver high standards of customer service
• Handle check-in/check-out accurately using the hotel Opera PMS as well as process payments at front desk as per hotel policies.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests/inquiries
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to follow up on guest requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of as a Front Office Agent / Receptionist
• Must have experience working in 5-star hotel in Dubai, preferably in a front-office/guest-facing environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of 5-star hotel service standards, guest handling and front-office procedures.
