Full-Stack Engineer, Agent Evaluation & Reliability

About the Role

Join an AI/ML team focused on evaluating and improving the reliability of AI agents. In this full-stack role, you will contribute to the software and workflows used to assess agent behavior and make evaluation results useful to the people building and improving these systems.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack software related to agent evaluation and reliability.

• Develop tools and workflows for assessing agent behavior and communicating evaluation results.

• Work across the application to support reliable evaluation processes.

• Contribute to improvements in how agent performance and reliability are measured.

What We're Looking For

• Full-stack engineering experience relevant to building software products.

• Interest or background in AI/ML, agent evaluation, or software reliability.

• Ability to work across different parts of a software system and support evaluation-focused product needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $120,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
