About the Role
Join a product engineering team building software that helps organizations improve the reliability of AI agents in production. You will work across customer-facing experiences and backend systems, turning real-world agent failures into useful product capabilities.
What You'll Do
Build product experiences for investigating agent behavior, evaluating results, debugging execution paths, and replaying production activity.
Own problems end-to-end, from speaking with customers and defining needs to shipping features and iterating on them.
Develop APIs, data models, internal systems, and polished product interfaces, with an emphasis on backend work.
Build platform capabilities such as workspaces, permissions, billing, usage tracking, SDKs, and terminal-first developer tools.
Work with teams deploying AI agents and use their feedback and production challenges to guide product decisions.
What We're Looking For
Zero to five years of full-stack development experience and a record of shipping production software end-to-end.
Production experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Strong skills in API design, data modeling, and building maintainable backend systems, alongside polished React or Next.js interfaces.
Experience debugging production issues across the stack and translating customer needs into shipped features.
Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered products, evaluation or debugging tools, observability, or developer tooling is a plus.
