■職務内容

・ステークホルダーとの要件定義およびAIを活用した超高速プロトタイピング

・TypeScriptやGraphQL等を活用したフロントエンド・バックエンドの実装

・AI生成コードの最適化（パフォーマンス・セキュリティの担保）

・プロダクトリリース後の運用保守および継続的な機能改善

■必須要件

・TypeScriptでのバックエンド開発経験（3年以上）

・React、Next.jsおよびRDB（MySQL等）を用いた開発実務経験

・生成AIツール（LLM等）を開発業務に積極的に取り入れるマインドセット

・ビジネスレベルの日本語力および日常会話レベルの英語力（TOEIC 600点相当〜）

Role: Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript)

What you will do:

- Define requirements and create ultra-fast prototypes using generative AI tools.

- Build frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.

- Optimize AI-generated code to ensure high performance, security, and quality.

What you need:

- 3+ years of backend development experience with TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL).

- Proactive mindset to leverage AI coding tools in daily engineering workflows.

- Business-level Japanese and conversational English (TOEIC 600+ equivalent).
