Located in the heart of Lusail, Qatar, Maison Kallea is a premium women-only Pilates boutique designed to help women move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. We offer an elevated wellness experience through Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat Pilates, complemented by therapeutic treatments including lymphatic drainage and maderotherapy.
Every class is intentionally small, allowing our instructors to deliver highly personalized coaching in a calm, elegant and welcoming environment.

Your Role:
As a Pilates Instructor, you will become one of the faces of Maison Kallea.
You'll inspire women every day through dynamic, safe and engaging classes while delivering a luxury boutique experience that makes every client feel seen, supported and challenged.
You will teach:
- Reformer Pilates
- Tower Pilates
- Chair
- Matwork Pilates
- Private Sessions
- Small Group Classes
What You'll Do :
• Deliver outstanding Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels
• Create motivating, safe and progressive workouts
• Adapt exercises for injuries, pregnancy or individual limitations
• Build strong relationships with members and help them achieve their wellness goals
• Provide hands-on corrections and exceptional coaching
• Monitor client progress and encourage long-term engagement
• Work closely with the studio team to maintain a warm, premium customer experience
• Support wellness events and community activities
• Contribute to the positive energy and reputation of Maison Kallea
We're Looking For Someone Who :

- Loves helping people become stronger and healthier

- Is confident teaching both private and group sessions
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in an international and multicultural environment
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Reformer Pilates
- Experience with Tower and Chair is highly valued
- Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and injury prevention
- Experience adapting exercises for different populations
- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in boutique fitness, wellness or luxury hospitality is a plus
- Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
- USD 3,000 – 3,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

- Monthly bonus based on Private Training (PT) sessions
