Compensation: $165K - $250K base + competitive, top of market equity

About the role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will take full ownership of your work from day one, deploying code to production immediately. You will be responsible for designing and building features end-to-end, solving a wide range of technical challenges, and working directly with clients to integrate solutions and deliver measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

Deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
Create specifications, build features, and handle challenges independently.
Work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver impactful results.
Engage in diverse tasks including deploying AI use cases, designing core infrastructure, and scaling the codebase.

The Ideal Candidate

1+ years of experience in a fullstack engineering role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Experience with backend, infrastructure, and applied AI/ML is a plus.
