FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) – Dubai
Overview
A financial/FX broker led by a management team with 20+ years' experience is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Conversion Agent for its Dubai office. You will convert quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales.
Responsibilities
• Promote Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
• Convert quality leads into active traders through consultative selling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Maximise conversion and spot future sales opportunities
• Deliver excellent service throughout the client journey
• Stay up to date with markets, products and industry news
• Meet sales targets and KPIs while following compliance standards
Requirements
• Native or fluent Mandarin, written and spoken
• Previous Forex/CFD industry experience (mandatory)
• Conversion or retention sales experience in Forex/CFD
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling
• Comfortable with CRM systems and trading platforms
• Target-driven, numerate, strong communicator
