Position: FX Sales Retention Agent (Mandarin)

Salary: $3,000-$4,000/month USD + generous commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services
to prospective and existing clients
● Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive
retention and account growth
● Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading
clients
● Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client
portfolios
● Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the
client lifecycle
● Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions,
and product updates
● Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and
retention targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Native or fluent Mandarin, both spoken and written
● Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory
● Prior experience in a Retention role within Forex/CFD
brokerage
● Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
● Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
● Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
● Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
● Strong communication and relationship management skills
● Experience working with international brokerage teams
● Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
● Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention
environment.
