On top of that base, dedicated teachers earn extra hourly performance blocks, semester awards, retention bonuses, yearly rewards, and sales commissions - adding up to nearly 80,000 AED (~$21,500+ USD) extra per year in bonuses. This pushes real, take-home pay to a lucrative 12,000 – 15,000+ AED a month!
Lifestyle-Friendly Schedule: Enjoy free mornings to explore Dubai or relax. Shifts run afternoons/evenings (Mon-Thu 3 PM - 9 PM, Fri 1 PM - 7 PM, Sat-Sun 10 AM - 7 PM) with a 42-hour workweek across 6 days and 1 fixed weekday off.
Full Relocation & Perks: 2-year contract, working visa, medical insurance, flight ticket contribution, housing support for the first 3 months, 2 days of personal driver transport upon arrival, free English language tutor and recording studio access.
