Position: FX Trainee Conversion Agent Location: Limassol, Cyprus Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + commission DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty. Utilize sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume. Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Promote the company's products and service Proven track record in sales Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with customers. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent German speaker (both written and spoken). Proven sales experience (FX, finance, or any sales-driven industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills.
