The position offers a guaranteed compensation of $600,000, with uncapped productivity bonuses and additional incentives. Benefits include a $40,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and planned Advanced Practice Provider support. The role does not require EUS or ERCP skills and features a shared call model.
