Role and Responsibilities: Seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to provide outpatient care, procedures, and inpatient consults in a balanced practice model.
Offerings include access to modern endoscopy facilities, opportunities for ERCP procedures, and a strong referral network with procedural demand.
Maintain an approximately equal split between outpatient clinic (20-22 patients daily) and procedures, with potential teaching roles within the health system.
Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should be board eligible or certified in gastroenterology. The position is open to both new graduates and experienced physicians seeking growth.
Skills in endoscopy and ERCP procedures are preferred. Visa support is available for qualified H-1B and J-1 candidates.
Key Duties: Provide clinical care in outpatient and inpatient settings, perform endoscopic procedures including ERCP, and participate in educational activities. Support from a robust administrative and clinical team enhances service delivery and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed base salary starting at $535,000 with additional incentives based on quality and productivity. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, four weeks of paid vacation, CME allowance, retirement plan matching, and comprehensive benefits package.
