Role benefits: competitive compensation with base salary, production, and quality bonuses, plus recruitment incentives such as sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. Comprehensive benefits include CME, malpractice coverage, medical insurance, retirement matching, and potential visa sponsorship.
Practice environment: hospital-employed position in a multispecialty, physician-led group within a growing community, featuring a 10-bed GI procedure suite, access to surgery centers, and a significant GI upgrade project.
Community highlights: a diverse, affordable, college-town atmosphere with excellent schools, recreational activities, cultural festivals, and proximity to major cities for weekend travel.
