Chinchilla Family Dental is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team.
Location: Chinchilla, Queensland
Position: Associate Dentist
Engagement: Associate / contractor arrangement
Hours: Flexible, with a preference for full-time
Start date: Negotiable
We're open to hearing from both new graduates beginning their careers and experienced dentists looking for a practice where they can do good work, build strong patient relationships and feel supported by the people around them.
We understand that dentists are at different stages of their careers. For a new graduate, having the right guidance and a clear structure can make all the difference. For an experienced clinician, having the trust and autonomy to practise confidently, with a supportive team behind them, is equally important.
Our aim is to provide a positive, professional working environment where dentists can develop their skills, enjoy their work and build a long-term future.

New graduates can access mentoring and guidance as they transition into practice and develop their clinical confidence. Experienced dentists can expect a collaborative working environment that respects their skills, clinical judgement and professional independence.
A flexible approach to working hours
Our preference is for a full-time associate, but we're happy to discuss a part-time start for the right person, with the opportunity to build towards full-time hours by mid-2027. We'll work with you to explore an arrangement that suits both you and the practice.
Established practice, with room to develop
You'll have a mix of existing patients and opportunities to grow your patient base. The role offers broad general dentistry, with scope to pursue additional clinical interests in line with your experience and professional goals.
A team-oriented working environment
We value good communication, mutual respect and a shared commitment to patient care. We want our dentists to feel part of the team, with the support to do their best work and the autonomy to practise professionally.
