This is a significant opportunity to lead one of New Zealand’s premier private hospitals. As General Manager, you will set the strategic direction and oversee Grace Hospital’s overall performance, with a focus on exceptional patient care, strong clinical outcomes and sustainable commercial success.
Working closely with the Board, shareholders, specialists and the Senior Leadership Team, you will foster a high-performing, values-led culture where people are supported to do their best work. You will also strengthen Grace Hospital’s position as a provider of choice for patients, clinicians and the wider community.
This hands-on executive role balances strategic leadership with operational excellence across clinical quality, patient safety, financial sustainability, workforce capability, governance and risk. You will help shape the hospital’s future through service expansion, surgical capacity, capital projects, technology and considered business opportunities. This is a full-time permanent position based at Grace Hospital in Tauranga.
