A leading technology and electronics services company is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Indonesia business, with full ownership of P&L, operations, commercial, finance and people.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Indonesia business and drive operational and commercial performance.
- Strengthen the cost structure, processes and organisation following a recent business restructuring.
- Manage key OEM, principal and enterprise customer relationships, while developing new business opportunities.
- Drive service excellence across productivity, turnaround time, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build and develop the local leadership team and organisational structure.
- Partner with regional teams to implement AI, automation and operational improvements.
- Oversee governance, compliance, people matters and vendor management.
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing a country or business-unit P&L in Indonesia.
- Background in consumer electronics, appliances, after-sales service, repair/refurbishment, EMS, reverse logistics or field services.
- Proven experience with OEM/principal and enterprise customers.
- Track record in turnaround, restructuring or cost optimisation.
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capabilities.
- Good understanding of Indonesian employment practices and industrial relations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
