Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B inbound requests in German, building strong relationships with potential partners.
• Understand client needs and promote relevant services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Participate actively in sales training (conducted in English) and ongoing coaching sessions.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets.

• Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2) – written and verbal.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work office-based in Athens.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Working Hours

• Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00 (German time zone)
• Rotational shifts

• Monthly gross salary: €1,350
• €1500 welcome bonus
• Bonus scheme: Up to €600/month based on sales & KPI performance
• Extra Private medical insurance (Generali)
• Meal allowance: €5 per working day (Up Hellas card)
