What you will do: Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers Answering how-to questions about payment Troubleshooting streaming and content issues Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix Excellent communication skills in German C1/C2 English skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported Excellent communication skills EU Passport Relocation to Greece Excellent salary 14 salaries per year Monthly performance bonus (up to 145€ gross) Relocation package covered Athens based position (w ork from home policy) International career in a multicultural environment Training and familiarization phase Opportunity to grow in a multinational company Only CVs in English will be reviewed
