Work Setup & Perks:

• Location: Mega Park, Sofia (ultra-modern office with great amenities & expat community).
• Work Model: On-site during onboarding for hands-on coaching, transitioning to a Hybrid model (2 days WFH / 3 days office) after 4 months based on performance.
• Flexible Shifts: Rotating schedules between 09:00 and 22:00 (full-time 8h, or flexible 6h/4h shifts available).

What You'll Do:

• Represent a premier Swiss telecommunications brand with professional, friendly support.
• Assist customers via inbound calls and digital channels regarding inquiries, subscriptions, and billing.
• Identify value-add opportunities for product upgrades (fueling your monthly commissions!).
• Maintain high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
