This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team based in Malaga, Spain. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail in German . Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.). Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords. Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution. What You Bring: Fluency in German (C2) and Advanced English. Excellent communication skills. Previous customer support experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Knowledge of online community dynamics and digital trends. Requirements: Based in Malaga, Spain. or able to move right away (Relocation package on offer) Valid NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank account.
