Are you fluent in German and English and looking to launch your career in one of Europe's most vibrant coastal cities? Concentrix is hiring Customer Support Professionals to join our energetic team in Porto, Portugal.

- Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
- Start Date: September 24th
- Base Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
- German Speaker Bonus: 1,500€ welcome bonus (paid in monthly installments during your first year)
- Daily Perks: 7.63€ food allowance per working day
- Shared Accommodation: Provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (details discussed during your interview).
- In-Country Support: Local relocation assistance within Portugal available for German-market candidates.
- Provide high-quality customer support across German and English-speaking markets simultaneously.
- Work dynamic 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week). Occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00) may be required.
- Resolve customer disputes, manage inquiries, and deliver empathetic, solution-oriented service.
- Fluent (verbal and written) in German.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (C1) English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, stress management, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of information detail-orientedly.
