Role Description The German Language Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik. The trainer will deliver structured German language lessons to healthcare and Ausbildung aspirants, focusing on practical communication skills and exam preparation (e.g., A1–B2 levels). Daily responsibilities include planning and updating lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assigning and correcting exercises, and monitoring learner progress through tests and feedback sessions. The role also involves using digital and AI-enabled learning tools, maintaining accurate student records, and coordinating with counseling and placement teams to align language training with candidates’ career goals. The trainer is expected to support learners with motivation, guidance on language-learning strategies, and cultural orientation related to living and working in Germany.
Qualifications
- Strong command of German language (preferably B2/C1 level or higher) and the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills clearly.
- Experience in classroom teaching or language training, including lesson planning, assessment, and learner-centered instructional methods.
- Familiarity with exam-oriented training for German proficiency tests (e.g., Goethe or equivalent) and structured learning pathways (A1–B2).
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms, including AI-enabled resources, to enhance teaching and learner engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Humanities, or a related field; formal certification in German language teaching is an advantage.
- Understanding of German culture and work environment, especially in healthcare or Ausbildung contexts, is a plus.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Nashik, manage multiple batches, and maintain organized student records and reports.
