German Market Customer Service Specialist | Based in Sofia | Relocation Package

About The Role

We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who would like to develop their career in an international environment.

The position is initially on-site in Sofia, with the possibility for top performers to move to a hybrid work model after 4 months.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month × 14 salaries in a year
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support: 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation, Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses, paid with the first salary

What You'll Do

• Support German-speaking customers with questions related to invoices and billing.
• Deliver friendly, clear, and professional assistance to customers.
• Explain billing details and assist customers in resolving any related concerns.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective and professional communication.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in German C1/C2.
• B1/B2 level in English
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
