German Order-to-Cash Analyst

Job Title: Senior O2C Specialist German Speaker Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site) Start Date: 27 November 2025 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:0018:00 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday About the Role We are seeking a Senior O2C Specialist fluent in German to join our clients financial operations team in Porto. This role is fully on-site and offers a stable workweek schedule, focused on delivering high-quality order-to-cash service. Salary & Benefits Base Salary: 1,500 gross x 14 months Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day Transport Allowance: Not provided Welcome Bonus (German): 3,000 gross paid in 12 monthly instalments (starting from hires on 1 September 2025 onwards) during the first year of employment. Condition: Monthly payment is contingent on maintaining unjustified absenteeism below 6% in the previous month. Note: This bonus is conditional and should not be presented as part of the fixed salary package. Relocation Package & Flight Reimbursement Airfare Reimbursement: For hires before 1 December 2025 up to 400 (Economy class), paid at the end of the 6th month of the contract. Accommodation (for relocations from outside Portugal): Shared apartment for up to 12 months Rent: 280 per month (utilities included), deducted directly from payslip. Important: For hires from 1 December 2025 onwards, flight reimbursement will no longer be offered. Accommodation remains available for relocating candidates, with the same rent conditions.
