Job Description

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Inbound), you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. On an inbound line, you will handle incoming calls, emails and/or chats, answer questions, resolve requests and ensure every customer receives a smooth, professional experience.

This is a customer support role focused on inbound contacts, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will start on-site during onboarding and training, then move to a hybrid working model once fully up to speed. Paid training is provided from day one so you are fully operational from the start.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts (calls, emails, chats) in German
• Answer questions, resolve issues and process customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when needed
• Contribute to the team's quality and performance targets
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2), spoken and written — essential, as you will support German-speaking customers daily
• Good level of English (internal communication and tools)
• Clear, confident and professional communication style
• Strong active-listening skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new tools quickly
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work on-site initially, then hybrid
• No prior experience required — full paid training is provided
