Based in our Umhlanga office, you will serve as the principal contact for digital shoppers—handling order questions, delivery updates, payments, and general product inquiries. Main Responsibilities Multi-Channel Engagement: Support shoppers via phone calls, live web chat, and email in fluent German and English. Order & Delivery Tracking: Assist customers with checking order progress, organizing returns, and resolving delivery issues. Issue Management: Address shopper concerns effectively through empathetic and structured problem-solving. Product Knowledge: Maintain current familiarity with the digital catalog to share precise information. System Entry: Log all customer interactions completely in the CRM software. Performance Goals: Regularly meet team benchmarks, focusing on customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards. Candidate Qualifications Languages: Fully fluent in written and spoken German (minimum B2 level) alongside strong business English.
