Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients in the healthcare sector via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare services, products, and documentation. Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with medical professionals and internal teams to deliver accurate information and support to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, policies, and industry regulations. Document all customer interactions meticulously to ensure compliance and quality assurance. Support clients through various processes, providing information and guidance where needed. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. A genuine interest in healthcare and helping others navigate the system.
