Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. Stay knowledgeable about the company's product range, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers. Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues as needed. Promote a positive brand image through proactive customer engagement. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
