To facilitate your transition to Malta, we also offer a comprehensive relocation package! Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German -speaking clients via chat, email, and phone. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently. Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience. Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial. Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset. Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience.
