German-Speaking Sales Development Representative

A globally renowned tabletop gaming and hobby brand is expanding its B2B Sales team in Barcelona and is looking for German speakers to join. Already living here? Who we're looking for

• Full business proficiency in German + fluent English (essential)
• Based in Barcelona, or ready to relocate here with support
• A natural communicator who's confident and persuasive on the phone
• Self-motivated, resilient, and energised by targets, not thrown by rejection
• Genuine enthusiasm for the role; sales experience is a plus, but drive and attitude matter most
• Happy to travel to a DACH trade show occasionally

What you'll do

• Generate leads and manage your own sales pipeline
• Win new retail partners through cold calling and outbound sales
• Build trust, handle objections, and tailor your approach to each business
• Hit targets in a fast-paced, no-two-calls-the-same environment
